The hotel's location is perfect, being right at the center of this charming old town, just in front of the clock tower. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is great. Cleanliness is also noteworthy.

The hotel had a prime location in the heart of the city, right in the main square and next to the famous clock tower. the room was nicely furnished and had a pleasant view of the courtyard. the bathroom was clean and had modern amenities. the breakfast was homemade and delicious.

The hotel lacked adequate noise insulation, making it difficult to sleep at night due to noise from the street.

I recently stayed in a charming guesthouse located in the heart of an old town. The hotel’s attention to detail was impressive, with unlimited bottled water and fresh fruit provided on the shared landing. The rooms, with their lovely views of the square from authentic wooden windows, were comfortable and exceptionally clean. The location right in the main square was ideal, allowing easy access to all the sites in the town. Additionally, the delicious Bulgarian breakfast served each morning was a delightful way to start the day.

Great location with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. the whole town was beautifully decorated with Christmas lights during our stay. the complimentary breakfast was filling and the owner was friendly.

What a wonderful Christmas we spent! We loved the complimentary breakfast, especially the home-made pastries and great coffee. The room was cozy and comfortable; we could not have asked for a better location, right in the heart of the town and close to all the attractions. We also enjoyed the festive decorations.

We really can't think of anything negative to say about our stay. We had a fantastic getaway and everything was top-notch.
